Located halfway between the cities of Wilmington and Jacksonville, NC, Topsail Island is home to family-friendly beaches and small-town hospitality. To get your stay started as quickly as possible, our community is located within convenient distance to both Wilmington International Airport (ILM) and Jacksonville’s Albert J. Ellis (OAJ) Airport. Both are served by major airlines. Raleigh Durham (RDU) is located a little over two hours away.
Once you arrive, you’ll be treated to temperate weather and gentle ocean breezes. Our region is known for enviable seasons, with mild winters and balmy summers. The climate provides the perfect beach getaway for you and your family, and at St. Regis you can relish the relaxation in comfortable, accommodations that complement the oceanfront views.
