Though some of our condo units are rented to interested vacationers during the summer months, many of them remain in the care of permanent residents throughout the year. As a result, living here is the same as having a close-knit neighborhood with a family-friendly atmosphere – with the added benefit of the proximity of the beach. North Topsail Beach is home to long stretches of the shore and the best dunes in the region: perfect for nesting loggerhead sea turtles and other wildlife! You and your family can relax and enjoy the natural beauty and vacation-worthy scenery on a daily basis when you live here.
Though the St. Regis Homeowners Association does not manage property rentals or sell real estate in the community, we can help you get in touch with Seashore Realty and Realty One (both located onsite), and other realty companies for rental or buying interest.

The banquet halls host a number of the annual get-togethers onsite as well, giving you the chance to really get to know your neighbors, while our onsite restaurants are great suppliers of local favorite eats on a regular basis.
