The Coastal Lifestyle

North Topsail Beach Premiere Condo Community

Located in North Topsail Beach, on the north end of Topsail Island, St. Regis embodies the quintessential peaceful, coastal lifestyle.

Established in the early 1980s, St. Regis consists of beachfront property that affords its residents a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean.

North Topsail Beach is a naturally beautiful and laid-back region of the state, but the condo community hosts a number of amenities from its indoor pool (currently under construction) and outdoor pool, onsite restaurants, banquet halls, and other recreational areas.

There are approximately 240 units on our property, some of which are available for rent daily, weekly, monthly, or possibly longer. The community centers itself in a quaint, family-friendly atmosphere, where residents and visitors alike can relax, unplug from the world, and take advantage of a relatively private area in an already quiet part of North Carolina’s coastline. There are events for residents and tourists that are regularly hosted throughout the year – summer movie nights, live entertainment, meet and greets, and more – but everyone in the St. Regis community is encouraged to participate as little or as much as he or she would like in order to make the most of the vacation or to enjoy living in such a scenic spot on the coast.

About North Topsail Beach

North Topsail Beach, a popular nesting spot for loggerhead sea turtles and near the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center, is known in particular for its beaches and maritime forests. Located in Onslow County, this part of the island is also conveniently distanced from popular cities such as Surf City, Wilmington, Sneads Ferry, and Jacksonville, all of which are home to a number of attractions for locals and tourists alike. Take a day trip to explore historic sites in Wilmington, Swansboro and Beaufort, take in the local bar scene in Wilmington, or sample one of the southern-style seafood restaurants in Surf City. For the outdoor enthusiast, Jacksonville and Sneads Ferry offer ample opportunity to discover the natural beauty of eastern North Carolina in the form of walking trails, fishing, and more. A stay in the St. Regis community is a chance to discover new activities and settings to enjoy across our state’s coastline, and even our permanent residents continually find more to love about their seaside home.

Recently, the community has put funds toward updating and renovating different aspects of the property. The close-knit tone of St. Regis, though, is most certainly here to stay. Experience it for yourself on your next trip to the North Carolina coast.
